I would like a refund?
Returns:
We do not accept returns due to the hygienic nature of our products as well as our natural herb selections. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order , it may be returned within 3 days provided that it is unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. No refunds can be accepted if the product has been damaged or altered in anyway or if the 3 day period has been exceeded. All return products will be subject to inspection before all refund/exchange. Customer must return products at their expense.
I need to cancel my order?
Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel the order within 24 hours after ordered. Once the items have been fulfilled you can not cancel order. The refund will be returned to the card you purchased items with.
I need to speak to someone about my order.
Our founder/owner would love to chat with every customer, however the staff would be able to answer any questions that you may have. You may also send a quick email and we will do our best to respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your email. Email us at kami@sweetglossbykami.com.
